Features

Consisted of five fundamental stations— one primer coating unit and two coating units, plus one unwinding unit with two rewinding units, WRC-AT is one of a kind coating machine specially designed for processing aluminum foil.
The drying system comprised of two sections and 3 zones of each is constructed on top of the coating units.
The model provides capabilities in three coating options: single-sided coating, reverse coating, and double-layer coating on the single side.
Both of the unwinding and rewinding units feature an automatic design that uses double shafts to alternate for splicing.
The machine is operated by PLC with human machine touch screen interface.
