Features

Hydraulic-driven blow-pin which is capable of deflashing the bottle neck.
The blow-pin cooling by circulation cooling system to ensure produce good and accurate bottle neck.
Powerful, crank type mold clamping system combined with German linear guides for maximum stability. This series is ideal for producing medium and big sized container.
Adopts Japanese YUKEN high quality hydraulic valves. The hydraulic circuit features proportional pressure and flow rate. Speed and pressure are multi-step controlled to meet production requirement.
Change moulds/resins/color easily and rapidly to assure you always punctual production.
Extruder unit adopt adjustable design, can easily adjust the distance between die-head and mold let operator easy to find good space.
Blow-pin is equipped with a slight draw-up movement before mould opens so as to enable an easy deflashing on upper part of the products as well as to minimize abrasion on the striked plate of mould.
